My practice is an out-of-network practice. I do not take insurance. On request, I can provide you with paperwork to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most insurance companies will partially reimburse for out-of-network providers. Please contact your insurance company for specific information about your plan.
Fee for 50-minute sessions is $250. Payment is due after each session. I accept credit card payments via a secure on-line portal.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of how much your healthcare will cost. As a result of the “No Surprises” Bill that took effect in January of 2022, healthcare providers and healthcare facilities are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges of non-emergency items and services to individuals who do not have health insurance OR are not seeking to file a claim with their insurance. Since I do not take insurance, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate before we meet that will include the expected total cost of services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
